Assessment of status - benchmarking your energy costs and the potential for saving gives a direct indication of how many tens or hundreds of thousands of pounds should be saved each year if appropriate energy standards are achieved.
Public relations - internal and external publicity provides clear benefits. From the start of an initiative the aims, achievements and results can be publicised with advantage. You have either achieved much already, or there's some easy pickings...
Equipment and plant upgrades - replacement and upgrading of equipment which has an identifiable return. Where possible we offer a "tick to proceed" option allowing measures to be simply progressed.
Operational improvements - often a simple and pain-free change of attitude is required but may be hard to achieve. Significant savings of up to 50% and improved comfort and productivity can result from a "core time plus extension" approach rather than "all on full on".
